You know, this looks pretty good, but the pencil version just below seems to imply that the face lines would look better if they were thinner.
KnowhatImean? Like the eyes, and mouth, in the pencil drawing, look like the lines are a bit thinner, and that they were thickened a bit when you inked them.

Oh, and before I forget, is the piece above inked in Photoshop, Illustrator, or done with sable brush on smooth Bristol?

this was inked in Illustrator. i'm finally really comfortable using my wacom tablet, it was a learning curve, but well worth it.
